We sincerely appreciate your contribution to the HUPO 6th Annual World Congress. The below is the poster presentation guidelines. Please read the guidelines thoroughly before preparing your poster presentation guidelines.

| Guidelines for Oral Presentation |
| 1.
|
Posters should be readable when standing 1-2m from the boards, which typically means 16-20 point text, double-spaced. |
| 2. |
Each poster should clearly display the title, authors, and affiliations, preferably at the top of the poster. |
| 3. |
The message should be understandable without oral explanation. |
| 4. |
All presenting authors should complete his/her registration for the congress. |

| Poster Display Conditions |
| 1. |
The size of the poster board is 95cm (width) X 237cm (height). Poster should be within the size of 90cm (width) X 180cm (Height). |
| 2. |
Posters should be mounted on the matching poster board with their poster presentation numbers and removed at the end of poster display hours. Any posters remaining after display hours will be discarded. |
| 3. |
You can only use the adhesive tapes that are provided in the poster session area of the exhibition hall. Please note that double-sided adhesive tapes and push pins are prohibited. |
| 4. |
Posters setting time is from 7:30am till 9:0 am in each assigned presentation date. |
| 5. |
Poster Display Hours
- Monday, October 8 9:30 am - 9:00 pm (Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall)
- Tuesday, October 9 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Wednesday, October 10 9:30 am - 4:00 pm |

| Poster Presentation Hours |
| 1. |
During the assigned poster presentation hours, all presenting authors should remain in front of their poster boards. The poster presentation hours are as below: |

If your poster presentation number is odd,
- Monday, October 8 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
- Tuesday, October 9 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
- Wednesday, October 10 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm |

If your poster presentation number is even,
- Monday, October 8 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
- Tuesday, October 9 5:30 pm - 5:30 pm
- Wednesday, October 10 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm |
