Exhibit booths will be available in 3 m x 3 m increments. The exhibition will take place in the Exhibit Hall (third floor of the COEX). The scientific posters, Internet access for delegates and break refreshments will also be located in the exhibit hall. To encourage visitors to the exhibits, HUPO will intermingle Posters near and around exhibitors of the same interest. The Congress Organizers will also allocate more than two hours a day for Poster viewing and visits to the exhibits with no parallel activities. OTHER IDEAS TO BRING people to the Exhibitors will be entertained.

While the Congress organizers make every effort to avoid locating companies near known competitors, we cannot assume responsibility if your assignment is close to or adjacent to a competitor.

Price: Each 3 m x 3 m space is $3,000 ($4,000 after May 1) without any installation of booth.
The information for installation of booth will be provided by the Organizer.

Please note that we will offer, at extra charge, Booth rental and installation service. Please discuss your requirements with the Congress Management office to receive a quote.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Each exhibitor will receive one complimentary full congress registration and two exhibits-only passes per 3 m x 3 m booth space reserved. These badges may be assigned only to company employees, not guests. Names of exhibitors must be submitted by September 1, 2007. Exhibitors will be charged $100 fee per person changed after this date. Additional Exhibitor passes can be purchased at $150 per person.
 
Four-color process advertisements can be placed in the Final Program or the Book of Abstracts. Both will be distributed at the congress.
