HUPO
Annual World Congress is pleased
to extend reduced registration fees
to students to encourage and facilitate
their participation.
Students up to and including Post
DOCS are eligible for the student
discount.
HUPO members discounted registration
fees to attend the HUPO 6th Annual
World Congress, Seoul 2007 is applicable
only to approved HUPO members with
ACTIVE status. To check your status
please login to the HUPO
web site.
Non
HUPO members can apply for a free
one year HUPO membership applications
when registering to the Congress
activities taking place on October
8-10. Registrants to Pre-Congress
activities taking place on October
6 & 7 alone
do not qualify for free a HUPO
membership. All Applications will
go through an approval process
by HUPO Membership Committee and
HUPO Executive Committee. The approval
process of new applications will
take 6-8 weeks from the time the
application is submitted and payment
is made. |

CANCELLATION POLICY
|
All
cancellations must be made in writing
and must be received by September
15, 2007. No refunds will be made
for cancellations received after
September 15, 2007. All refunds are
subject to an administration fee
of $50 US.
Confirmation of cancellation
will be sent to the email address
in your congress registration. If
you do not receive a confirmation
for your cancellation within 2
weeks of your request, please contact
the secretariat to ensure your
refund. |

| The Participants who need an invitation are required to check the invitation request when entering the participant’s information on the on-line registration page. After complete the payment, the registrants are able to print out their invitations on My Information Page at any time. Please note that the invitation doesn't imply commitment to provide any financial support by the Organizing Committee. |
